A Toronto resident is facing drug and trafficking charges after being pulled over for speeding on Highway 400 in Seguin on Monday.
OPP’s West Parry Sound Detachment says around 2:30 PM, Officers stopped a vehicle on the highway near Seguin Township after noticing it going over the speed limit.
An investigation was initiated leading to the seizure of about $7,500 of suspected cocaine and cannabis.
As a result, the 27-year-old male driver is facing five charges including possession of a Schedule 1 substance for trafficking and driving with readily available cannabis.
He is set to appear in court in Parry Sound on April 29th.
