OPP arrest and charge Sundridge man following break and enter

A 49-year-old man is facing multiple charges including one for assault after police respond to a break and enter in Sundridge. 

OPP says around 4 p.m. on Oct. 28 officers responded to a break and enter at a residence on Paget Street. 

According to police, an investigation led to the identification and location of the accused.  

As a result, OPP says a 49-year-old man from Sundridge was arrested and faces four charges.  

Those are breaking and entering a dwelling house with intent to commit an indictable offence, assault, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and resisting peace officer 

Police say the accused was held for Bail Court and is set to appear before a judge on Monday in Parry Sound.
