MPP’s private members bill on off-road vehicles passes second reading

The Ministry of Transportation is looking for public input on off-road vehicles. Our MPP’s private members bill to add different classes of ATVs to the Highway Traffic Act has passed second reading. Norm Miller says the law needs to be updated.
The bill would include new classes of all terrain vehicles like UTVs. Miller says Ministry of Transportation is now looking for public input on this bill.
The Ministry of Transportation has the survey available online. You have until April 13 to submit the survey.
